I'd check to see if that lightning flipper is shorter than normal and if so change it out for the correct one. I don't believe Congo was supposed to have any lightning flippers installed. D

For future reference.... Whenever you're replacing a tip122, don't bother replacing it with another tip122. Just replace it with the more common, and more robust TIP102. D
