I will give that a try and see if it helps but if it worked on PC since last time then I don't see why it sometimes doesn't recognize on next boot up. It doesn't always happen and no big deal as sometimes it takes a few tries of unplugging and plugging for it to work. Perhaps it is a windows 7...
Its a great board and sure the competitive Street Fighter players love it too. The only issue I am experiencing with it on my PC is sometimes I have to unplug and plug back in for it to detect properly. Not sure why and maybe I will update to latest firmware from Brook website and see.
Corey Cooke is the go to guy when it comes to EM and SS game repairs. I've played a few games that were previously owned or worked on by him and they were solid. Not sure if he is taking in new clients at the moment but you can check out his website and youtube channel here...

Maybe if you want to tag along with their monthly Marco order. Good news is they will include the shipping, exchange and their mark up on whatever you want so there is no surprises. Otherwise I would ordet directly from Marco or even Pinball Life if you aren't close by to player one.
"Shopped" should mean:
- top side of playfield has been stripped down for a good clean and waxing
- all rubbers and bulbs changed
- switches have been tested and adjusted to register 100% or consistently
- flippers been rebuilt
Basically it means the game has been gone over and much like a car...
Not sure if your playfield has any wear but you might want to consider picking up some cliffys

I think he is referring to the groot arms seen on the playfield in the premium and LE. Don't see why not if Stern makes them available from their mod store.
Who knows maybe someone will step up and mold something original from scratch that are similar to the stock groot arms that run down on...
