this kijiji ad should warrant its own thread i think. ive never met Chuck, although he does sell on ebay quite a bit. i do know someone that saw these machines recently and was told they have been in storage for quite some time. i did call him several months ago regarding that par golf pitch...
As much as id love to have that game, im going to refrain from bidding. If Drano saw it and gave a bid then im not prepared to pit myself against another from this forum. i do know of the same machine with a better backglass and men complete going for 1800
i hope this marketing strategy works...
i do believe most here would be able to put credits on it without it being a service call. How the game is after would not be known without further investigation. One approach is for the machine to actually go up for sale with an asking price and potential interested parties would be able to...
i was at ipdb.. in the description of "skylab" it said the AAB version of skylab was spacelab. perhaps that picture of the BG is from the same machine? i was just going from the ipdb informtation provided and it didnt say it was an AAB
i went and picked up a Bank Shot the AAB of Sureshot a couple months ago in Guelph. "Dan" had a "pinball sessions" tshirt on. i mentioned that i had seen Bruces pinball sessions and Dan told me he was the one that made the video. That was confirmed. I see he regularly has machines for sale out...
Bruce was at my place a month or two ago with Ted/Novaguy looking at one of my machines. I put this video on for ted as i have a 55 inch hooked up to a computer. Bruce sat down to watch it too then admitted he never saw it before.
that is good to know. watching that video i see my cover girl and 4 million bc. should i be writing a cheque for 20% more to him on the 5 or 6 machines now?
heres something to add to the mystery. your glass is showing it as an AAB? not sure if it plays as an Add a Ball. However at ipdb if you look the AAB version was "Spacelab" a game they only made 30 of confirmed.
thanks. theres an item or two that appeal to me. ill keep an eye on this. i sort of have prices id be willing to pay not sure if theyd be well before what the items bring in though.. i guess itll be worth a try. And no... you didnt introduce another bidder for the flinstones. No competition...
theres a ton of baseball themed games. go to ipdb and search baseball. if you are interested in baseball then i guess you have decide if its a pinball only game you might be wanting or a pitch and bat. Pitch and Bats seem to be quite popular.
Im curious . how exactly does that work? the dates confuse me that they are from the 3rd to the 5th yet viewing is the 4th and the 5th. do the bids start on the 3rd for all items and continue until the close at 9pm on the thursday? Maybe i just answered my own question but still wouldnt mind...
there was a kijiji ad yesterday someone looking for a repair person for a "spacelab" complaining his repair guy took off with the schematics. just out of curiosity I went to ipdb to see if there was in fact a downloadable copy and there wasn't. I was thinking maybe I got it wrong for Williams...
