What would you buy for 4000 or less?

And for under 10k?

Collection is a broad mix.

I am thinking Taxi and SMVE if I had to buy now although Taxis seem hard to come by.

Hard to say not knowing what's going to be released this year, but I'm definitely interested in what I've seen on Dialed In. If the rumors of a new Star Wars game turn out to be true, then this could be a very expensive year indeed...
