Crazy just how quickly that can happen. You just never know when you leave the house whats going to happen.

Never proceed into an intersection unless you can see to your left and right. If I am sitting first at an intersection next to a bus or tractor trailor such that I cannot see beyond them left or right, I don't move on the green light until the truck/bus gets a car length in. No exception.

Horrific nonetheless. The tractor trailor was flying and not much chance even if you do peek off to the sides.
