just sharing this old Toronto Star article from April/1978 - had seen snippets of it before but Steve Bowden of Fun With Bonus shared this scan of the entire article today.

notwithstanding the almost comical hysteria ("arcades full of criminals and homosexuals") it's a pretty cool read!

hilarious , I remember going to many of these places on yonge st .A $10 roll of quarters kept you playing all day , Never did I think about the criminal aspect or the phobia
