New price $8,200. I paid $9,000
two years ago. I have added a shaker motor some playfield strip lights and an AC/DC pingulp. She also has an interactive topper, really cool! Game plays fast and fun. Can do video chat if you would like to see her in action. I can also wrap her really good for shipping!
For the sake of transparency I’ll list anything I could find/pick so there are little or no surprises.
Cons:
1)the display has two columns out. It’s hardly noticeable but it is there. I will post pic.
2)there is a magnet under the play field for the bell, not working. I am not really sure what it does. I think if you reach a certain mode it makes the bell swing. It doesn’t affect gameplay in anyway that I can see and every AC/DC owner I have spoke to didn’t even know it existed.
3)the led light in the backbox is being supported with electrical tape. I’m pretty sure it’s just for backup but it’s not stock!lol
I will post pic.
4) there is some cabinet wrinkles around one back leg and also a couple of small blemishes. I will post pics.

Pros:
This is an amazing game at a very reasonable price. I have bought and sold games in this forum. If you would like to search my activity.

Thanks and stay safe!!!

15th on the Pinside top 100 games, if you're into that sort of ranking.

Price is on par with the value, adjusted a bit lower by the seller probably because of the above mentioned tiny things that can probably be fixed (actually also a fun part of owning a pin if you ask me!)

It should go, I think it's just a matter of the theme in my case! :)

Jeebus!!!! What a price, I bought one for 10k 4 or 5 years ago!!!
2K depreciation over 5 years, I'm new at this, but that seems solid. I noticed pins hold their value, that seems like a good depreciation, if only my car held that kind of depreciation over 5 years. I don't quite understand it yet, seems like these machines wear down pretty quickly, still scratching my head over here as to why they hold their value. Probably supply/demand. This pin is priced quite well, I'd buy it if I wasn't so far away. Good luck, hopefully someone picks up this gem.

The only pins that wear down quickly are the ones that aren't cared for. One can't expect their car to turn past 6 digits if they never give it an oil change.

I think, a few years ago, ACDC was a must have pin for home use, and many of us collectors have had it. So, id list it on kijiji where its not just pb enthusiasts and, you may have to wait, but u will get a fair price.

I know, easier said than done...

Some games actually keep or even increase their value. Depends on demand and what someone is willing to pay for a pin. Maybe it's a pin a buyer has wanted for a while, or he's been looking for a theme. Best advice I got was to always expect to lose on the value, then no disappointment. Mostly, sellers sell it whatever they want, if someone is willing to pay their price at that moment, then that's that. Timing has got a lot to do with it, my opinion.

AC-DC is a great game according to pretty much all, that specific one is great looking, no issues and the seller is legit. It is a premium game. Enough said, or else it looks like I'm getting a cut from the seller, hahaha!

Deep down, it's probably that I'm amazed it's still available. So, the market is doing its thing again, or so it seems..

Yeah, free bump here- also agree with above.
Insane money on POTC but wait a few years, and it too will adjust.

ACDC is an awesome pin which our fam enjoyed for a number of years.
Great price- gotta think it’s the location as if it was listed local, doubt this would still be available.

GLWTS!
