Anybody near 120 Bayview Ave

I have an item (small sink for an RV) that is being sold for pickup at 120 Bayview Ave, Toronto. I know it's a longshot but hoping somebody is close by to grab it and then could eventually get to Warlock for dropoff in Ottawa. I can offer a wide variety of NOS or repro pinball parts from my stash as a thank you.
