Hi, Is there any techs in Canada that can repair Bally/Midway MCR series board sets. I really don't want to send my boards to the US again! Any help is appreciated.

I have 2 games that I would like to fix and put up for trade towards a pinball.
1st is a UR Discs of Tron. The boards work but the background graphics are garbled.
2nd is a UR Spyhunter. Was working but the car was garbled,so I reseated the chips and now it won't boot.
I also have a spare set of boards for Spyhunter and the 1st Tron.
