Board / ROM upgrades - Collingwood?

I heard there was a guy up in Collingwood that will update your ROMs by sending him the boards.

Does anyone have a contact or a website to find this service?

The person you are talking about is Dave Astill and you usually don't have to send him your boards as he burns you a new ROM chip to swap out in your game. Here is his most recent PBREV ROM for sale thread:
