I don't really get how Jesse pieced everything together and I'm not exactly sure what he thinks he knows. Why would Huell lifting his weed lead Jesse to make a connection to the ricin in his cigarette ? And when he busted into Saul's office, he was yelling something about the ricin being intended for Brock, but that's not how Brock was poisoned at all. I don't quite get it, but maybe it will make sense after the next episode.
Dexter is getting a little flakey. I was kinda warming up to the way they were creating a little family of killers ~ with Dexter, Deb, the doctor, Hannah and that new kid whose name I forget. But just when you start to buy into it, they change it and bring the brain surgeon back and whack the new kid. I can't keep up and it seems like they are just going in whatever direction they feel will keep you off balance, even if it doesn't really make sense.
For me, Dexter ( the show, not the character ) started to get lazy around season 5 and allowed their character to do things with complete impunity. Where Dexter was wicked careful in the early seasons, he now kills people in the daylight and the drama around him getting away with a particular killing used to last for a few episodes but now they just gloss over it. There's no suspense to it. Whatever he needs just gets done. Yawnage.
