Capt. Fantastic - Home use only how much value???

Hi gang,
I just picked up a Capt. Fantastic and when looking at it to buy I'm thinking this is the cleanest Capt. I've seen - probably the best 1970s/80s game condition. (not perfect cabinet- but the playfield amazing)
Anyways while loading it up the seller says things that make me it sound like he bought it new.
Excited - as soon as I get home I bust open the lock on the coin door and find that it only has 1158 plays on the play meter (I contact seller and confirm - it was bought new for his kids!!)

Question I have is what would you suggest the value of a HUO Capt. Fantastic would be??? as I've never had a HUO game close to the 40 years old that it is. Last Capt. Fantastic (that I thought was nice - nothing compared to this only) I sold for $1800.

Any input on value of this would be appreciated!

would what you payed for it establish the value , my opinion would be 2.5 - 3 k can .

When I purchased it - I was just looking at really nice condition. Just not sure what a actual HUO (with low play count) would add to value. I was thinking in your range given - but really was just a gut feeling. I was just interested in see what others thought?

Looks unreal! Super jealous hahaha I just ordered a bunch of new rubbers, posts and legs for yours so it'll be super shiny soon.

Since I was hunting for a while - I would agree luch, but could even be more in today's crazy market.

Yes funny how it came about a friend of mine heard of a family friend selling this one. Crazy to think it only averaged 28 plays a year.
