COLOR DMD WOES

I INSTALLED A NEW DMD IN MY FRIENDS FAMILY GUY PINBALL MACHINE,NO PROBLEM INSERTED THE USB STICK BUT ONLY ONE COLOR. WHAT DID I DO WRONG. WUZ UP ANY THOUGHTS IM NOT COMPUTER SAAVY THANX

Is this a pin2dmd ? I as well am no good with computers. Dino that sells pin2dmd has added the memory card downloaded already for me.
