The color ROM for The Simpsons Pinball Party has been released and is now available for download from the SUPPORT page of our site! Thanks again to Mark Jarzewiak for the outstanding effort to get this released today. The LOTR 3.0 update is also now available for download from our site.

  • 3.0: (02/08/15) Update to coloring engine with upscaling and extended contrast/backlight control. Fixed shoot last shot on Shelob. Colored dollar animation and improved wide highscores.

Installed and running on my LOTR.

As many suspected, it looks better in person than in the screenshots. It's much harder to notice the flaws/issues during a fast paced game. The 5 display options give us a bevy of choices to fit personal taste.

Even after only a few games, I can safely say that I won't be going back to the dots style.

ColorDMD has new builds available for TSPP and LOTR that resolved the flashing issue on two games we tested. They are doing more testing they release it. If you're experiencing this problem you can send them an email for the link.
