Credit Dot keeps rolling with the third installment of the classic Bally/Stern tech review series. In the prior review, I looked at the Pinitech Retrofit kit which took outgassed displays and converted them into great looking 5V LED displays. Pinitech now offers two different complete LED display kits you can build from scratch, and are the subject of this review. These displays don't require a set of original donor displays, are easy to assembly, look great and the price is hard to beat.
