Selling my F-14 Tomcat. It plays fast and furious.

Pros
LEDed including flashers and beacons
NVRAM
New decals
New balls and Rubbers
New beacon belts

Cons:
Some wear near the right sling , I think a previous owner took up the Mylar that was there
Some cabinet wear on the back from being moved around
Small crack in the left speaker grill

I would say yes. 80% of the collectors won’t touch a game with playfield wear. Great price and GLWS!

Ya, this is definitely a players condition machine. It is fun, and plays great. It really is too bad about the right sling because besides that the playfield is in good condition. I try to price it reasonably.

I got my Black Hole from Gord, it was in great shape, all new boards. Never had to touch it. Still plays perfectly! I'm looking to move next spring and currently can't add this one or else I would get it! F-14 is a real fun game! Great price, friendly seller!

What does a great condition f14 go for? Install hardtop?

I don’t think it is at the point of needing a hardtop. I have done them for a Space Shuttle and a High Speed, but they were trashed.

I personally avoid the military themes.
I try to do the same with the Marquees, but Sky Shark was too dam cool

Thanks for the feedback. Yea, I also try and avoid games with playfield wear. Although beggars can't be choosers and sometimes you have to work with what is available. And there are lots of titles that don't come up all that often, so if it is one you really want, then you get it, bumps and bruises too.
