Flash which sockets are flashers

Hi, I just bought Flash last week, great game. Im wondering, cause many bulbs are burned out. How would I know which sockets are flashers, and which are stationary. Is it the bulbs that are flashers, or the sockets.

All my lights are LED and I just bought this game last week and had to replace 30 bulbs. Now they all work, but Im not sure which ones should be flashing.

Just be sure you switched every single bulb.
My Alien Poker GI was all off until every old bulb was out.

No, Im asking which lights are flashers and witch are steady. How do you know if a lite should be flashing or not. When I start a new game many lites are flashing, many not
