Foo fighters spinner opto

evening all
I just got this and had a few issues with it one was minor with a broken wire on one of the targets but the spinner opto isn’t working

Thoughts on what to check and how to fix, not to familiar with these new sterns

Does it work in test, or just not register at all? Assuming all the wires are connected, it could just be DOA. Call Stern support-they'll sort you out.

Doesn’t work in test or register and all wires are connected with no pinches

Check for a broken ground wire on the standup Overlord standup targets, they are shared with the opto spinner.
Do both your Overlord standups trigger in test?

I Had the exact same issue on mine and was pulling my hair out trying to find it.
There's no enough slack in the wiring so the wire gets severed by the ball lock mech.

Reconnect the ground and zip tie the wires out of the way so it can't happen again.

I found the broken wire like you said and re solder it to the stand up target , the target works but the spinner

Did I miss something, sorry for all the questions , should the spinner always register points
