FS Full Throttle -NO LONGER FOR SALE

New land speed record. Got the pin Monday. Listing it on Wednesday. Hope to have it gone by Friday.
What can I say? This game is so not for me. Definitely should have played it before I ordered one, but after hearing Bowen say it was great, and Frolic loves his, I took a chance.
As you may notice, this has the optional 2nd LCD screen in the backbox ($300 USD).
All-in I was $9600 taxes included. The game has less than 10 plays on it. It will not be getting very many more while in my house.
I will entertain trades if they involve newer Sterns. Prefer cash obviously. Reasonable offers entertained.
Low-ball offers will be replied to with the words: "Eat a dick"

Hahaha, Frolic loves everything he owns, I wouldn't put too much he salt in his opinion if he owns one. Looks like a pretty sweet game though and I know you're pretty picky when it comes to gameplay so whoever picks this up will be super happy with it. GLWTS Drew!

That's too bad Full Throttle isn't for you Drew. I can't wait till my friend Elliot gets his soon so I can give it a try. The playfield does look pretty dark but I am sure it can be improved with some additional spot lights or led strips.

What didn't you like about it Drew? 10 games doesn't seem like very much to get a good impression of it. Perhaps you should play it some more or at least wait till Heighway releases the next code update to give the game a fair shake. The game looks like it shoots well from the videos i have seen.

Anyway, guess it could be worse and at least you didn't pay an extra premium to get it first so you could say look at me, look at me!

Good luck on your sale and hope you can set a new record after owning Tron for just a week or less?

Nothing beats how fast Wong's High Speed left his basement...

Superjackpot (Barry) and I spent a lot of time on this pin late @ Pinburgh one night after our tournament duties were fulfilled and accomplished.
I talked to Andrew from Hwy extensively. Barry and I discussed "sharing one" before we both realized we had too much on the go and that we had no space to try.

All I will say is that you really "need" to play new pins before you "know" if you love dem. I have too many deals on the go to jump now.

Yeah 10 plays is way to low to get a really good feel. Put some serious time into and then decide. I hated Tron the first 20 games I played before I started really liking it and Transformers I liked quite alot in the first 20 games before I started hating it. I have only played 2 balls on it at ReplayFX and it seemed ok, not enough to get any feel of it. To me it seemed like it was a good flow game which I tend to like. Anyways give it some time first or you may regret it down the road. It would be a shame to waste the opportunity.

That's right Scott, High Speed was in and out of my basement in under 72 hours and replaced with a Demoman. Every since then it has been:

NO RAMPS, NO DMD, NO THANKS

Heighway's modular system actual would work well for Drew given his limited space at his condo with room for only one pin and in case you didn't notice that is a bed to the right of his Full Throttle

I can't wait to see more progress on Aliens as it is a dream theme for most people like Predator. From the looks of Heighway factory tour videos and how much they have invested in manufacturing equipment it looks like they are here to stay and play.

But I too am curious why you don't like it after 10 plays. There are definitely some dogs that I've tried to like and couldn't (Rescue 911 - and I am a big Gottlieb fan, Motordome (which should be called "Motordrone")) ... and others that I hated but grew on me (because they were hard drain monsters and I needed to improve my skill) ... but that's one expensive dog.

Like others have said, I'd suggest playing some more games before selling it. I didn't like TSPP when I first played it. Once I learned the rules, I knew I had to have one.

Game is no longer available for sale -and nobody was told to eat anything!
