Sometimes it's all about the theme. For myself as an example GOT is a theme that doesn't interest me so I wouldn't really consider buying the pin unless I actually tried it and liked it. It's the same as Stranger things. Folks that haven't seen the series wouldn't be interested unless they got a chance to play it and found it fun.

I've never watched Walking Dead either but did get a chance to play the game and found it fun. Hope I can try a GOT at some point.

I agree theme can play a big role for the a purchase, GOT clicked for me theme wise for sure and I really enjoyed the Pro... this is a great deal for an LE in my opinion and I do think the Prem/LE is the way to go on GOT... I think the Pro is almost too easy. With this said though some of my favourite games I've owned have been themes I had no use for... MET and IMDN are great examples, loved the heck out of both of those games, hadn't listened to an album or even an entire song intentionally from either band prior to ownership and since selling haven't listened to them again but man those were killer games. I'd put GOT in that camp, if you aren't familiar or don't care about the theme there is enough in the game play to make this worth owning.

With the new code update the upper playfield is more interactive with the game - i only moved my LE to keep Drew happy (and maybe out of space) and would definately get one again in the future. There is someone in Edmonton on the Canada pinside thread looking for a GOT.
