Any Pro's out in public spaces to play?
Pretty sure @Che has one at PinUp in Waterloo... a friend sent me a picture of it the other day, was thinking of heading out there this weekend to play it. I hear he has a Mando too.

Still waiting
Just had my premium delivered this morning. At first glance, everything seems to be good. Great looking game! Looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. I asked the delivery guys how many premiums they had delivered to Toronto and he said 5 or 6, but...who knows?? After my delivery, they had one more on the truck to be delivered today.

Congrats and I should be getting my Godzilla Premium this week too hopefully.

Thanks. Congrats to you as well. I think Elwin did a great job on the layout. Whether people bought a pro, premium or LE, there are plenty of shots on it!

Elwin is awesome and in the past month I've cut 4 of my beloved WPC DMD titles I've owned for almost 10 years to bring in Jurassic Park Premium and now Godzilla Premium. I hope Elwin's next game going to suck hard otherwise I might have to sell 2 more WPC's o_O

Day and Ross just called and delivery of my GZ Pro is set for tomorrow. Very Excited.
That's great that some of those who ordered will soon be getting their premiums! Having just got mine yesterday, I played about 25 or so games on it last night. First impressions...it definitely is a keeper! Pretty much everything that I've heard on pinside, and other websites is true. It's a fast game with great flow. The audio is good as well. I like the ability to play using the Japanese quotes The "insider connected" feature worked fine and was relatively easy to set up. Despite this game being properly leveled, I do have issues with the balls going SDTM during Godzilla multiball. For the first five multiballs, all three balls went SDTM in four of them. The lone time that it didn't, two balls hit each other on the way down the playfield and went to the flippers. I plan to go to Home Depot and buy a set of small 1/2 inch clear adhesive pad/bumpers (and stick one to the clear platform at the base of the building) to help divert them. That should solve it. Also, a couple of times when the ball travelled up the Mecha Godzilla ramp, it ended up on the right ramp wireform. Other then that, everything worked fine....the building, Mecha godzilla magnet etc.

I know that I am in the "honeymoon phase" of this pin but, I can't see someone NOT liking this game. It truly is a blast to play.

I had the same issue with mine. It really needs to be leveld up top or those will go straight down the middle. Once I did that it was working perfectly. I found when the ball goes to the left inner loop (right to the left of the building) it goes straight down the middle. I dont know if that's a shot you are never suppose to make or if its still not levelled perfectly.

Finally got a chance to try this at the p1 showroom the other day. Definitely an interesting playfield. Elwin's "thing" so far seems to be at least one interesting loop shot from an upper flipper, and in this case two of them (the main loop plus the upper flipper to lower right loop). The only thing I can see hurting the flow is that magnet. When it grabs the ball, it has to wait a LONG time for it to settle, at which point you're not actually doing anything (choosing a mode etc). Not a giant problem though. I did notice that sometimes shots to the building would go STDM after coming around the loop. Sometimes these are diverted by the magnet, and sometimes they're not, so maybe it just needs a stronger/longer pulse? Not sure, but given that it's a showroom game, it's hard to say. I do really want to try a premium/LE now though, and get a few games in an environment where you can hear it to get an idea of the rules, but it's a strong first impression, that's for sure.

I just got my premium a week-ish ago. So far, I'm extremely disappointed. After less than 5 plays I had already lost interest. None stop drains and SDTM balls. (Which seems to be Elwin's design signature imo). As a big Godzilla fan, I think they completely missed the mark on translating the classic Godzilla feel. (Kind of like all the North American films did). Godzilla is a slow, devastating, unstoppable force. This feels like a hyper, rock pin. Obviously, I will have to play it some more, but first impressions are very bad for me as I have not touched it since. Nor have I wanted to. Instead, I've been playing AC/DC and Aliens on my virtual pin, so I guess that says something... I think JJP would have done a much better job on this one. :(

I was having a really crappy day when I tried it, so maybe I just wasn't in the right state of mind to enjoy it...I dunno...super bummed on this one. :(
