Gorgar is having a hard go.

I purchased a Gorgar machine last year. When I got the machine the heart would beat on occasion and the voice never worked. I purchased a new voice chip for it but being a newb I have zero idea how to replace it. I might as well be trying to learn a new language. Anyway, there are several smaller issues that i will address later but right now Gorgar is not Gorgar without the voice module. Any insight someone can give me would be greatly appreciated. If there is someone in the Ottawa area that repairs these machines and is willing to come to my place to do some repairs/service that would be awesome.

Start with the simple stuff. Re-seat the cable, push all the socket-ed chips, measure voltages if you have a multi-meter

If you are handy with soldering and want to attempt it yourself, there is a very underwatched channel on youtube called arcadeuk. He's fixed many older Williams machines with sound issues and his channel is like going to school for this stuff.
