High Speed Weak Right Flippers

I've completely rebuilt the flippers on my High Speed; new coils, new EOS switches, new diodes, etc. The left flipper is nice and strong and you can easily rip the spinners. However, the right flippers are quite weak; the upper right can barely get the ball up the ramp and you have to hit the shot perfectly, the lower right cannot get the ball up to the pops.

I've checked all the wiring, the diodes, the switch gaps, everything looks like it should be correct.

I've attached some photos, any help would be appreciated

In the manual I've taken the following snapshots; they both say that power wires go to the banded side of the diode. If that's the case it looks like all three flippers are wired incorrectly. I have the following questions:
- if they're wired backwards shouldn't I have blown something by now?
- if they're wired backwards why does the left flipper work well but the others are weak?
- the snapshots say the trace wires should go the unbanded end of the diode; I have no trace wires, they are all coloured differently than the manual

Can someone post photos of their flippers so I can maybe see where I've gone wrong.

I've isolated the issue to the lower right coil. I swapped it out for the old beat up coil and the flipper strength returned, but it sticks so it needs to go.

This was a brand new coil; how can I test to see what is wrong with it.

try a rat tail file , and file it out a bit , then put in a new sleeve , also did you try the new coil on the other side that works ? you may have the diode the wrong way . just trying different things to help you

The real question is what made it burn...
I assume it was good 'from the factory'.

EOS not opening?
or reversed wire connections on lugs?

Good luck!
