IJ machine in Ajax has a switch matrix issue with Column#3. Issue is timed around changing out a handful of LEDs.
Fuses test ok including F115, all coils which are triggered by switches in this column fire in solenoid/coil test mode.
There is a possibility that switch or light socket leads are touching etc...
There could be an issue with the ULN2803 at U20 on the CPU PCB but I am not sure as the F115 is still good. Unfortunately the U20 is not socketed so is that is the issue someone would have to remove, socket and install a new IC.
The owner is just getting in to pins and doesn't have the tools to go over this. Is someone available to make a house call or if you have a pin to test it in maybe he could bring the CPU PCB over to test.
