Wondering what the general feeling is about registering your pins' serial numbers via the IPSND (http://ipsnd.net). Not sure what use these submitted numbers could be, but its awfully fun to look at.
I love the fact that the site is numbers-based (LOTS of stats available on submissions and their submitters)...and also that the submitted serial numbers are peer reviewed via the "nudging" system. Very democratic.
Have not come across any familiar names from here while clicking around the site...that's why I ask if anyone actually takes the time to add their pin numbers to the database. I see a few PBRev signatures carrying the http://www.pinballowners.com URL but have not seen much reference to IPSND here. Plans in the works for an IOS/Android app to submit your serials on the go.
