LOL.. Actually Not soon enough!!! :p
True that! As soon as we are allowed to have 10 people indoors, Bluffs Pinball in Scarborough will begin hosting!
I am assuming multiple nights per week will be required... (People can feel free to PM me here now that pbrev site is upgraded.)
Bluffs will also add our monthly regular 40-50 person tournaments in as soon as it is safe to do so. Can't wait..
The machines really do miss us and really do want us to play them again weekly...

I'm Ben.

Hey! And here's a pic of my "pin" - I'm sorry, that just feels dumb (I wanted to say it just feels gay, but that wouldn't be very PC even though I mean no disrespect to gay people) to call it a pin - it's like I'm fucking bowling.
Probably not the best way to make friends - make fun of the way they talk - hate me if you want, but I'm not really a dick.
Cheers!
Hi Ben,

I’m gay been owning and repairing pinballs since 1976 and never once called it a “pin”. So it ain’t gay, lol. Old-timers don’t call them pins. That’s what we hit with bowling balls. ;-)

Razzing you. No offence meant or taken.

Hi, I’m Wayne. “Hi Wayne!” (Ala 12 steps…)

Re-introducing myself since I’ve been on a 10 year hiatus from the pinball piracy. Been owning, buying, repairing and selling pinballs (and parts and glass) off an on (mostly off) since 1976 when my coin-op distributor gave me my first EM pinball when I turned 14.

I’m a nice guy but not everyone appreciated my humour. I’m also a bit of a hermit (as those in the tournament groups know, I breeze in for a bit and then out for a decade.

I’m no stranger to a few of the people who’ve been on this forum for a few years (but not lately).

I have a much smaller collection now, mostly used older pins, but towards the end of a nice garage arcade build.

I guess I really dropped out when I got bitter after pinball “took off” and I could no longer make a profit buying and selling them. And mostly because I could no longer buy back the titles that I sold “temporarily” to get by some recession stuff.

Well I’m semi-retired now in a much happier place. Thought I’d drop in and say hi. Still addicted after all these years.

It's good to see everyone NEW and OLD popping in and out once again.
I am sure we ALL feel like the hiatus of the last 15 months has been surreal.

I'm WARLOCK, AKA Scott @ Bluffs Pinball, TOPL and Pinball At "The Pint".
I keep this forum running with help from all our Staff and Derek The Web Expert.

Here is to better times ahead and a return to some gatherings and posting about them soon.
Cheers. Salut.

All the very best.
More soon.

Thanks guys, appreciate the welcome back. (Just received my JJP GnR NITL LE a few days ago.... first and likely last NIB machine. I'm pumped!). lol
Wow, hell must really have frozen over if Wayne (finally) bought a NIB game :) Strange times indeed! (congrats BTW-looks like a cool machine!)

Definitely looking forward to getting back to league nights. Could probably set something up in August once everyone is Vaxxed?

Hi everyone, I'm Richard
I was looking up information for two arcades I spent a lot of time as a teenager in the 90s. Fantasy Place in Newmarket, ON, and I don't remember the name of the other one other than it's location. But that led me to this site, so I lurked around and decided to join.

I spent countless hours at Fantasy Place. One day I spent something like 14 hours straight playing there. I couldn't move my arm properly for days after that. I also remember walking home felt like someone had poured acid into my eyes, they were burning so badly...ah, the good ol' days...

I also played at the billiard hall, (in the basement) across Davis Dr. from Fantasy Place. :)
