I've had one on a LOTR, and my buddy had one on a STTNG. They do indeed look very good. I may forward my wife the link for the tspp toppers, as my birthday is only six months away.

Are they "$140 (plus tax and shipping)"... worth it? Seems pricey.

Saw the CFTBL topper at Dan's place earlier this week. It looked pretty sweet.

I'd say if you had a $7K machine sitting under it, the price tag is not an issue.

I know a guy on the Hyperspin forums that made similar toppers like this using his homebrew CNC machine. If there is enough interest and someone wants to make their own designs I can talk to him and see what file format his machine requires. He made some smaller ones like this:

As well as bigger ones for other people's pinmame cab projects like this:

I believe the Frankenpin one he charged $80 for everything including the base stand and LED strip.
