Need repair of wells gardiner 25k 7184 , not powering on, blowing fuse (2 amp) on board. Not sure what it needs ..Getting 130 volts going to it from isolation transformer..any body close to Kingston or Ottawa ?

If the monitor was connected through an isolation transforner, then the first thing I would test is the horizontal output transistor at Q11. Probably shorted
