Lethal Weapon 3 ball launcher

Looking for some help with my LW3 ball launcher. The ball launch started to get stuck in the out position after firing the ball. Most of the time it will not retract.

After looking at it, the problem seems to be the coil is dropping and the launch stick is getting caught. Any ideas on how to lock the coil portion in place or will I need a replacement?

Upon further review, it looks like the coil retainer bracket to be the culprit. Would anyone know where I can pickup this part "535-5203-03" within the GTA?
