Make the big red button a "view new posts" link

beside each thread title is a big red light telling you if there are new posts or not, but it doesn't do anything. you have to click on the TINY little block beside it. I suggest hyperlinking the red button to make it easier (especially on portable screens).

That's a good idea, but we need to get the view new post action to work first. (it got busted when we started moving the avatars around and it hasn't been fixed yet)
