OTTAWA — Paul Granger is about to recreate his most beloved underground scene — where musicians have gathered to bask in the flashing lights, buzzers and bells of pinball machines, in his recording studio — for the rest of Ottawa to enjoy.

House of Targ, a new live music venue and arcade, opens across from the Mayfair Theatre on Bank Street next month.
