je vais le dire en francais, plus facile...

c'est le bout plate, quand c'est au port, sur le bateau, aux douanes, ont peux plus rien faire, juste attendre... mais si on crira, sautera 4 pieds de haut, défoncera les murs ils vont nous dire, Monsieur assisé vous et attendez votre tour... il va juste faire plus chaud pour vider le container !!

In short,Gerry is saying that once the container is in transit or in some foreigns customs he has absolutely no control over the actual shipping or arrival date.Just got to wait...
