Need a service call on Wizard

I sold my Bally wizard a while back. He is having an issue with the ball kicking into the shooter Lane. Just wondering if someone can go over there and give him a service call. He is willing to pay of course. Let me know ASAP thanks. He is located in Georgetown. Thanks.

The issue is that sometimes (most times lately) when the ball drains the ball is not kicked into the shooter lane.

Does he just need to clean the contact on the relay that pulses that kicker coil? I suck at EM repair so any advice would also helpful. Thanks, Mike
