New way of cooling your IC's

Obviously the tech had a soldering iron, but no side cutters to trim off the excess legs.........

My guess is that he was likely was too lazy to take the board out of the back box, or did not have a Soldapullt (desoldering vacuum tool, or braid). :FP:

The 'lazy' way seems to be the hard way to do things if you ask me.
