I just read about this yesterday. I'll be buying like 6 of these. Star Tropics and Bubble Bobble are worth the price alone!

It's a shame the mini NES is not going to be cartridge based because blowing in it till your feel light headed was always part of the fun as a kid :p

For those who are bit more tech savvy can buy a raspberry pi 0,1,2 or 3 for probably the same price as this or less and flash the Retro Pie image from here:

https://retropie.org.uk/download

Then purchase 1-2 of these SNES knock off USB controllers from amazon.ca for $13-26cdn shipped.

Here is a demonstration of how it handles and plays NES/SNES from youtube.

Keep in mind it can play other systems too such as Sega Master System, Genesis, N64, MAME and more. There is also no limitation on how many games you load for each system as long as your microSD card is big enough.

It's pretty neat that they thought to design the packaging after the last run NES boxes. No interest in one myself, but nice to see they exist.

These will fly off the shelf this year. The game list is great and their target market isn't going to want to mess with emulators. These will sell to people that just want to plug it in and have it work.

The best part if it is that each game will have multiple save slots, so ya won't have to play Mario 3 in one sitting.
