I think the key words are "best reasonable offer". I think it just says free because the seller didn't want to set a price.

The guy in innisfil was offered 1000 for the JO and didnt take it.

Offering on a game sight unseen with little to no description is tough. Seller really needs to up his game and give a better overall description before expecting people to maximize their offers.

No kidding. I sent him a message asking for more information before I make an offer. No surprise here, he never responded. I'd really enjoy doing business with this kind of a-hole.

That Gorgar was listed as high as $1800 in the past month.
I offered him $1500 when he had it complete and he turned me down.
He appears to have decided to strip parts off of it ( the displays were all there initially) and sell it as a project.

A friend offered him $900 and he turned it down too.

Seems odd to me.
