Shitty pics? Check.
Massively overpriced? Check.
Preemptively insults potential buyers as "lowballers"? Check.

Yup, it's a Kijiji pinball ad alright.

It's a good thing he has no time because at that price and tone he won't get any responses :p

Sorry guys, I guess there is another seller in Collingwood too. That isn't his game and his kijiji ad usually shows his complete address too.

I'm still new to the hobby and don't actually own a machine yet, but I've definitely heard of Dave. He's got a great reputation.

Unfortunately, machines are just way too expensive (for me), but hopefully one day I'll be able to afford one.
I'm aiming for an SS from the 80's with a sci-fi/space theme. My top pick would be a Space Shuttle or Space Station.

I believe this is the person selling the Blackout:

Beg, borrow and/or steal $1400 and buy this machine. It's your best value way into pinball!

I know you're right, but I figure for 2k I could pick up a Space Shuttle and get more enjoyment out of it long-term.
But then I'd have to get a Space Station too. You really can't have one without the other, right? ;)
...and so my descent into pinball madness (and poverty) begins!

Blackout is a great SS game. I had one and enjoyed it very much, it was one of the few games with voice calls for that era. I would suggest a SS game over an EM game for a first pin. Just my two cents.

Blackout looks like good fun, and I love the sound effects! I totally agree on an SS game first, especially since there are so many good SS sci-fi themed pins from the 80's. I posted the EM stuff just because anything sci-fi tends to catch my eye. I'm partial to Space Shuttle or Space Station because they're not too expensive and play nice and fast. I also really dig the music for Space Station, and that "condition green" multiball is just too cool (especially all LED'd).
