not sure if anyone responded to that space invaders last week for 900. a friend got a call back on it and the guy wanted a 200 dollar deposit . he said he dropped the ad because of so many responses and is just getting back to answering emails now. and said hed ship it free from sudbury and even offered a 2 foot coca cola sign free with it. sounds eerily similar to that playboy froma few weeks back ...

Yeah its a scam. Somebody posted on the Ontario facebook group that they got nailed by this guy. Sent him the $200 and never heard from them again.

Anyone know that “Alf” person in the Ajax area that had the Dredd up for 4K? I think the ad is down but I got his number and we are going to do a deal for some of his parts.

Any references or previous dealings? He said he was in DRAPL a while ago but that’s it.

I've been running logistics for DRAPL for a bit now and have not met him or seen him in our league. I do see him on our league stats from a few years back, but that's before my time. Fairly certain he's the same person who's showing up a lot on an Ontario arcade & pinball FB page as of recent, but I have not dealt with him personally.

I've bought from Mike recently as well and he's upfront about the pros/cons. I was 4 hours away for pick up and he was courteous enough to shoot a video and send me additional pictures prior to purchase. I'd have no hesitation on buying his Demo Man if it was something I was seeking. I know this was one of his more favoured pins which he wasn't sure if he's ever let go, so I'm confident it's been well taken care of.

Depending on what you pay for your USD and assuming you declare full value you could get this home for about $3K CDN, not including your time and gas costs so in today's market that isn't too bad at all.

Just on this note, Alf was truly a standup guy and sent everything with no problems - for the record I ordered parts off him, not the entire game. Deal with confidence. Also thanks for Luch for vouching for him too
