Did anyone catch the Data East Star Trek that was on Kijiji a couple days ago? Listed for sale at $2,000 and located in Owen Sound. Seemed legit, but not 100% certain. I messaged the guy and got a response, but then silence for the remainder of the day and then the ad was removed. Did someone on here get that game or was it a scam?

I got no reply nor did my buddy.......though he read our messages.

Holy shit!

I found one that was less than a year opened from NIB, back a handful of years ago for $6400. That was a steal! This is retarded. Of course I know that you were joking, but just insane what people are thinking.

The fees alone will kill you. Also the fact you can never know if the bids are being 'artificially' increased, so factor in the cost of the bids + fees to see if it makes any sense and if the price is right for you!

Keep in mind, once they tell you to pick up, you have to pick up on those days - they won't accomodate as they need their space to bring in more stuff.

Finally, amongst many other things, if the game needs fixin', you're stuck with it.
