Original big buck hunter gun issue????

I have an original big buck hunter arcade 1 gun game
it works perfect except even after calibration it still aims little high and over to the right

I have new glass lens i checked everything
anybody have ant thoughts how to correct this?
Possible the laser is not lined up correctly?
Im not sure if i should mess with that

My guess would be laser or lens alignment.
OR
You're not holding it tight enough to your shoulder and the kick is throwing you off.

She does have a pretty good kick lol
Yeah I’m gonna mess with laser itself on the board
