I have been waiting over a month for a warranty opto.
WTF
Can't even tell me if Stern has bothered to ship it, or found it when they could not find it listed.

Maybe they will just string me along until warranty is over...

I had to send an email to the person I dealt with at Stern for status on my part.
I took the liberty of CCing Jerry.

A 300 pound paperweight with a warranty is still a paperweight without the proper parts.

Can't say my short experience with P1AG has been A+, and I simply was trying to buy a game. Three times, all different games! Was not even thinking I would get what I had emailed for, but each time was the dry reply. Each time I had to follow up.

The last time got me thinking how they would help if I had issues.. I guess your post answers part of that.

Last time on my other machine the part was in stock.
I just find it hard to believe that a part for a machine currently 'in production' would be so hard to get.

I heard back from Stern.
My part is now back in stock and was shipped out today.
