Pinball Rescue?

I sent an email to pinball rescue on Jan 10 and then again on Jan 16, including the part number I wanted to order and my address. Their site says they will reply in 48 hours, so far no reply at all.

I can't find Volley plastics listed anywhere else, does anyone have a suggestion for next step beyond more patience?

I've used them in the recent past and have had no trouble. They seem a bit scatterbrained. I received my last order twice, but was thankfully only charged once. Maybe make sure you've got the ".net" at the end of the address rather than a ".com"?
