Why is it when I download the ZIP file for my Williams Space Odyssey on IPMD that "A" they are never the right size (82mm x 152mm) and "B" when I modify the changes it doesn't save the setting ?

*EDIT* Yup, it's A4 sized.
Are they just a little bit off-sized? Maybe you have 'fit to page' on? It looks to be on A4 sized paper instead of Letter. That will shrink your page by about 6%. (even more if it shrinks to accommodate margins)
