Return of the Jedi (Atari)- Dedicated upright game $2500-$3500+- (only 800 made)
Star Wars (Atari)- Upright with Amplifone $2800-$3500+-. Collector/ebay price.
Star Wars (Atari)- Upright with 6100 $2000-$2800+-. Collector/ebay price.
In this soft market, likely the lower end of these ranges

Ampliphone is the correct vector monitor that should be used with Star Wars and other vector games. Star Wars can also be found with a typical raster style monitor.
