Seems like our friends down south generally get something off MSRP or free shipping.

Never having bought NIB before -- what's the deal in Canada?

Any difference between Nitro and P1AG in this regard?

They both have areas they sell in.
Here it is P1
He sells you the box.
When he did not have a premium or LE I was seeking I checked with Nitro.

Basically you pay US msrp converted.

Heavy Metal will cost me 8K USD the day it ships. I hope the dollar is good that day.
Did the math 12K today all in.

I have never bought NIB either.
When I contacted P1 recently, I was told the same thing, US MSRP converted on day of shipping, plus HST.
After calculating the total at today's rates, and not knowing what they will be at shipping time, I am now thinking of shopping for two machines in the secondary market for the same, or less money.

If you've got USD on hand they will take US from you and not do the conversion. You could try a place like Knightsbridge to see if you can save a couple of points on the posted bank rate. Though with the US deals P1 does I'm wondering if they get a preferred rate from their bank they could pass along to buyers.

Given the price of a NIB pin...probably nothing!

Going full bore on a major EM restoration right now so that'll keep me busy.

If I were to go NIB it'd be Iron Maiden Pro or Premium.
