I'm surprised at how lazy and ignorant the police operator sounded ... I would expect her to dispatch officers immediately to try and diffuse the situation. Instead she keeps telling him things like, "Stop your vehicle" and "Go back to check on the guy" and trying to get some ownous on the victim.

This video is extremely shocking, and makes me want to cut up my license.
