Yup, Dave had them on his STTNG when I was at his place last time.

its a 7 chip set so its a few$$ but it adds a lot to the game , and can be set back to normal.
hi you have to adjust the silly speech to on , its in the adjustments its a2 adjustment 28 , turn the speech to on , as soon as you do this reboot the game then hit both flipper buttons , each time it will say a new phrase. also the new phrases will show up randomly in game play. Leave in the original u8 sound chip. Replace the cpu chip with the one enclosed its u6 on the cpu.

many games have custom roms , even theold bally and stern games , there seems to be a lot of individual experimentation , the southpark code is actually factory but they thought it was too vulgar for street release so they took out the video mode and toned it down for release.
