Can anyone recommend a carrier who pallets and wraps a pin and can move it to Toronto to Vancouver? Someone told me that Starburst does this, can anyone confirm or recommend another carrier?

There are plenty of shipping companies that will move it (GX Transport, Sameday) but I don't think any of them will prep the skid for you. Its usually the shippers responsibility to make sure the pin is wrapped and strapped down properly.
