It does come with a "free" topper that is the same as their other titles. Stacked flat plastics and RGB leds.

Not a horror guy so I won't buy but man Spooky just keeps getting better and better. This game looks incredible.

I am very much looking forward to playing at Antisocial.

Exchange at 1.4 it's 18k with tax. Add shipping to that and we're at 18.5k ish. So not quite 19k but close. The game looks great and is packed but ya. I'm priced out. If our dollar wasn't so bad it would be different. The no sculpted topper option def makes it more affordable but it's one of those where I know I would need to have it. That sculpted topper is great!

This is one company I hope gets some better themes going forward. They do amazing integration but the themes seem to have limited appeal in my opinion. They are Spooky pinball so I guess the horror based themes make sense.

Last 3 games were limited to 888 games so they likely prefer the limited appeal given their small team size. It would take them too long to make 2k+ games if it was something super popular. Would you really want to wait 2 years to get your game?

This is what I like about them. I prefer the horror genre and enjoy them on a pin. So for me I'm into the themes.

I'd agree. Spooky is really uping their efforts and getting some good licences/titles. Congrats to those that bought, I'm sure that it will be a really fun game.

Never seen these movies as I wasn’t into horror growing up. Might be a game I’d trade for later but would definitely need to put some time on it to decide. Looney Tunes was the opposite. All about the theme for me and of course I have one.

Not sure this is really a difficult license to obtain. I actually watched the movie yesterday for the first time. I guess back in the 80s this would have been considered leading edge. But a very low budget film at best. I think in this case, the quality of the pin definitely exceeds the quality of the film.

Ya, super low budget; $350K, but it grossed $29.4 million.
The director (Sam Raimi) made it at age 21.
So, at the time is was an incredible achievement and created a cult following.
Evil Dead 2 and 3 definitely changed the tone of the franchise into Horror/ Comedy and appealed to wider audiences.
If you are not a fan of the original you still may enjoy the sequels.

At one time, I could almost recite both the first and second entire films line by line as I have seem them upwards of 50x each.
I used to be CRAZY into horror films. :)

Oh those movies are garbage in today’s standard, but at the time they were great. Just like jaws, amazing but when watched it again after 25 years I realized it was trash. Same with tango and cash and roadhouse. A lot of the older stuff is garbage. It works in pinball though because I feel a lot of the players are older. I’m a huge horror fan myself so I’m excited for this point but for anyone debating on checking out the movie for the first time, keep the expectations low lol.
