I had plans to restore an original STTNG PF, but I've lost interest and the one currently in my game is in decent shape, so I'm looking to sell my spare. I have started the restoration process, but have stopped partway:
- no planking that I can see
- outholes are generally in decent shape, may need some minor work
- the warp inserts were heavily cupped and raised at the ends; I've removed them from the pf and sanded them flat, not yet reinstalled
- the Return to Duty insert is cupped but not as bad, still in the PF
- most of the inserts have some amount of crazing through the text, I've removed the artwork from one insert but stopped there
- I've removed all mylar patches, no artwork lifted
- sanded the pf with 1000 grit sandpaper
- all t-nuts still installed
- I have two sheets of unused insert decals, included
I'm looking to get $450 plus shipping. I can provide photos if you're interested.
